About Me
My passion for nutrition started with my passion for cooking and baking. I love getting to create for and serve others. Everyone deserves to have a healthful meal. I want to bridge the gap between nutrition education and helping people discover what nutritious foods they enjoy and how to prepare them. After all, food is a central part of everyone's lives; it's our source of survival, joy, and connection, making it essential to foster a positive relationship with it.
I am currently working on my master's degree in Food Science and Human nutrition with a concentration in Clinical and Community Nutrition at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. When I'm not doing anything food or nutrition related, I enjoy going for walks and hikes outdoors, spending time with loved ones, live music, plants/gardening, traveling, and pursuing artistic side hobbies.
